To be worthy does not come with a list of requirements. To be worthy is our birthright and this is what we are here for.

The best legacy we can leave on this Earth, as we do still breath, is to remember that we are enough and to act as such.

Only belonging can destroy barriers of separation we have created between each other. As humans of this planet, we are not supposed to remain seeds living underground. The pull to reach upwards and outwards is the motto for existing; this is how nature grows, and yes we are nature too.

Our job is to cultivate our inner lands, to make sure we value ourselves enough to activate our potential in life and to return this favor back to this planet by being an example to each other.

For this, though, we need to be willing to endure our sense of being and trust the power residing within us. Purpose gets born when we are ready to embrace ourselves no matter the circumstances of life.

Here are three accessible practices I want to share with you to bring more meaning to our journeys.

1. Stop And Listen

Stop, literally stop and listen.

We are challenged nowadays by the busy world we live in. Our days are filled with activities and tight schedules and our minds fall more in compulsory thinking than ease.

Even engaging with wellbeing practices can feel more of an obligation in which we are fighting time rather than indulging in it.

Attention is always accessible and it does need to happen only in a yoga class with both glamorous clothing and wording.

Take a moment in the morning, bring awareness to your breath, and notice how do you feel. As simple as this. Be brutally honest.

Remember that worthiness is not a matter of achieving a perfect state rather a one of embracing every moment with the truth.

2. Find A Safe Space To Share

All that is contained needs to be put in motion, communicating verbally or somatically.

If you can do both, even better.

Is extremely important that we have safe spaces, people, and practices in which we can express our processes without judgement. This is a rarety so consider yourself a millionaire if you have one human who knows how to do this. Most of us are harsh as hell with ourselves and the only way we can hold space for others is from a fixing perspective instead of an allowing one.

If you attend movement classes ( the body holds much of unprocessed information ) make sure your teacher practices accessibility, inclusion and you can relate to him/ her at some kind of level.

When we release tension we feel, many times, at ease and peace with ourselves.

These moments are the ones that center us and make us stronger and confident from inside out. This is how our authentic self is and this is the needed energy to reach out.

3. Build Boundaries And Trust What Is Coming

Fear keeps us stuck and feeling unworthy. Let´s remember that we are not that.

Only until we sit with our darkness affably can we understand what is the story unraveling behind.

This is why we need all this gentleness and care, as the poet does with his/ her art, to discover our most genuine expression.

Discovering who we are without layers is a matter of practicing being more than doing. Learning to be with ourselves is accepting who we are in the moment even the circumstances could be different.

To build a reliable solid foundation takes what it takes and sometimes you will be required to create strong boundaries to silent the outer voices. Remember that you are allowed to take that space even though others may think you are selfish. When in doubt, visualize how a tree grows and is accessible to the outside ecosystem: always from inside throughout.

Water this soil, my friend, for as long as it is needed and rely upon the creative force showing up.

When the inner environment is solid the fruits will show up with an incredible knowingness of how you want to be presented in this life through relationships, ideas, and dreams. This power is unstoppable and gorgeously engaging.

Use it, share it, and walk it. This is how we make the Earth rich again by rooting belonging and making it grow.

You are worthy and your time in here too. Make it prosperous and be a legacy of your own.
